Payment Methods and Policies

At Puvabne, customers have a variety of payment methods to choose from. These payment options are as follows:

  • Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes): 

    Customers can choose to pay for their order in cash at the time of delivery. This payment option is available in selected pin codes only with an additional fee of 3% of the order amount plus GST. 

  • Credit Card: 

    Puvabne accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using a credit card, customers will need their card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of the card) or four-digit CVV number (for American Express cardholders). After entering these details, customers will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

  • Debit Card: 

    Puvabne also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using a debit card, customers will need their card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). Customers will then be redirected to their bank's secure page for entering their online password (issued by the bank) to complete the payment.

  • Net banking: 

    Customers can also make payments through net banking. Puvabne supports net banking for most major Indian banks.

  • Paytm Wallet: 

    Puvabne accepts payments made through Paytm Wallet. Customers can use their Paytm account to make payments for their orders.

 

    In addition, Puvabne and its online payments partners continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by their team. In rare cases where fraud is suspected, the transaction may be kept on hold, and the customer may be requested to provide identity documents to ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder.

     

    FAQ's

    Q: Why can’t I see the COD option on my payment page?

    A: If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to the courier partners not supporting the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

    Q: What is COD limit?

    A: Puvabne reserves the right to determine the COD limit for every customer and/or order. However, there is currently no limit for COD orders.

    Q: What should I do if my payment fails?

    A: If your payment fails, please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page, to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

    Q: Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Puvabne?

    A: There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Puvabne. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the total value of the products in your cart and our shipping policies. Please check our shipping policies for the same.

    Q: What is GST, and how is the GST amount decided?

    A: GST stands for Goods and Service Tax. The amount of GST collected from the customer depends on the category of the product purchased. The amount of GST shown at the cart level is a mere estimate, and the actual GST payable shall be determined based on the warehouse from where the goods are being shipped.

    Q: What is Paytm wallet, and do I need to have a Paytm account to shop on Puvabne?

    A: Paytm wallet is an RBI-approved semi-closed payment instrument and can be used on Puvabne and any other Paytm partners. While a Paytm account is not mandatory to shop on Puvabne, we recommend having one for quick purchases and easy refunds. Any refund initiated by Puvabne in exceptional cases will be credited only to the Paytm wallet.
